Laws of the Republic of Server 1351
This document outlines the laws, policies, and procedures established by the Senate of the Republic of Server 1351. These laws are authorized by the Constitution and may be amended by Senate vote.
1. Alliance Identification and Tag Policy
1.1 Member Alliance Tag Requirement
- All alliances that are formal members of the Republic are required to include the tag
#republicin their alliance description. This tag serves as a clear and public indicator of Republic membership, ensuring transparency and ease of identification for all players.
1.2 Impersonation and Misuse
- Any alliance that is not a formal member of the Republic and displays the
#republictag in their description, with the intent to impersonate or mislead others regarding their membership status, is committing a violation of Republic law. - The Senate will review such cases and may assign appropriate consequences to alliances found to be impersonating Republic members in bad faith. Penalties will be determined based on the severity and intent of the violation.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1 Prohibited Actions
- Plundering trucks, trains, or secret tasks belonging to Republic members
- Attacking bases or resource tiles of Republic members, except in the following cases
- Formal territory challenges with at least 24-hour notice
- Mutual consent (private duels)
- Server events (e.g., Capitol Assault)
- With explicit prior consent of alliance leadership
- By Senate decree
2.2 Mutual Defense
- Republic members are expected to make reasonable efforts to assist allies under attack from non-members or external servers.
2.3 Reporting Violations
- Members should document violations (e.g., with screenshots) and report them to their alliance leadership and the Senate
2.4 Consequences
- Penalties are fair, proportional, and escalate only if issues persist
- Penalties are coordinated by the leadership of the involved alliances
- Typical penalties may include:
- Allowing the victim to plunder a defenseless gold-level truck
- Permitting one or more defenseless base hits
- Alliances are not held responsible for individual members’ actions unless they:
- Consistently fail to train or discipline their members
- Do not enforce penalties or remove offenders
- Refuse to communicate or cooperate within a reasonable timeframe
Senate Mediation of Alliance Disputes
- Any dispute that cannot be resolved by alliance leadership may be mediated by the Senate to ensure fair resolution and maintain Republic unity.
3. Penalties and Accountability
3.1 Violations
- Addressed by the leadership of the involved alliances
- Repeated or severe offenses may result in temporary suspension or expulsion
3.2 Expulsion
- Requires a Super Majority Senate vote
- Expelled alliances lose all Republic benefits and protections
- Expelled alliances may reapply after one week, subject to Super Majority approval
3.3 Accountability Process
- For serious or repeated violations, the Senate may hold a public review or hearing
- Evidence and testimony may be presented
4. Banned Members
4.1 Definition
- A Banned Member is a player who, due to repeated or severe violations of Republic laws or standards of conduct, is prohibited from joining any Republic alliance for a specified period or indefinitely
4.2 Banning Process
- Bans may be imposed for repeated violations, internal attacks, or other serious misconduct, as determined by the Senate
- The process and duration of a ban are decided by Senate vote, with escalation for repeat offenses
4.3 Enforcement
- No Republic alliance may knowingly harbor a Banned Member. Alliances must promptly remove banned individuals upon notification
- Any alliance knowingly harboring a Banned Member is subject to immediate expulsion by Super Majority Senate vote
4.4 Reinstatement
- Banned Members may appeal for reinstatement after the ban period, subject to Senate approval
5. Blacklisted Alliances

- A Blacklisted Alliance is, by Senate review, any alliance that:
- Acts in bad faith (e.g., trolling, created solely to harass others)
- Fails to respond to or act on communication or official notices
- Lacks functional leadership
- Makes no effort to improve or address issues
5.2 Consequences
- Blacklisted alliances are excluded from Republic membership and all protections
5.3 Review and Removal

- Removal from the blacklist does not guarantee Republic membership
