Vision of the Republic of Server 1351

The Problem

Server 1351 is weakened by internal chaos and abuse of power:

Plundering and betrayal by some alliances or members who ignore server rules, eroding trust and growth.
Selective enforcement and double standards undermine fairness, as some groups impose rules on others but do not follow them themselves.
Corruption and abuse of power by those who manipulate rules for personal or alliance gain.
Smaller alliances are ignored, intimidated, or exploited, leading to apathy, fear, or destructive rebellion.
Communication is fragmented, with language barriers and poor coordination.
The server is much weaker than it could be, leaving it vulnerable to external threats and internal decay.

We can build a new order based on mutual respect, fairness, and cooperation:

Unite alliances under a voluntary Republic that protects members from each other's aggression.
Empower every alliance with an equal voice, provided they demonstrate good faith leadership and organization.
Foster mentorship and growth to elevate all players and alliances.
Use social and political pressure to isolate tyranny, expose hypocrisy, and inspire hope.
Transform Server 1351 into a thriving, respected, and resilient community.

A voluntary, opt-in coalition governed by a Senate where each alliance has one representative.
Enforces a Code of Conduct that prohibits plundering trucks, trains, secret tasks, or attacking bases/resource tiles of Republic members, with fair and reasonable consequences for violations.
Decisions made democratically.
Consistent penalties for violations with clearly defined guidelines, enforced by the Senate.
Emphasis on social unity, mentorship, and transparency.
Clear communication: A Discord server for all members of #1351 to coordinate, communicate clearly in multiple languages, and maintain transparency.
